Olympic Torch Description

The Olympic Torch is lit at every Olympics Opening Ceremony and it stays lit for the whole time the Olympics are going.

The Torch looks amazing and pretty. It is very bright the petals in the Torch are very long. The Olympic Torch is made out of Copper Metal and it is very hot because it is run by gas.

The Olympic Flame is lit at the Opening Ceremony but before it is it goes to every country on a plane and then it is lit at the country that are hosting the Olympics that year.

When the Flame is lit it shows us that the Olympics have started and at the end of the Olympics it is put out so that the people know that the Olympics have finished.

The Torch is made up of petals. Each petal is held by every country before they are all put together to make “The Torch” The Torch is also a symbol of the Olympics. When it is lit the Olympics are on and when it is out the Olympics are not on.

The Flame is really special because it is only lit when the Olympics are on and the Olympics are only on every 4 years.

I think that the Olympic Torch is really unique and it makes you whisper, “Wow!” every time you see it because it is really pretty.
